My Personal Journey with Peptides and Menopause


When I first noticed my weight creeping up during menopause, I felt stuck. Traditional diets didn’t work, and I felt tired all the time. Make sure you do your own research when talking to your doctor about your options. In my experience, Ozempic (semaglutide) didn't work well for me but Terzepetide has done wonders (GLP2).


We started with lifestyle changes focused on blood sugar control and added a GLP-1 based treatment. Over several months, I noticed my appetite became easier to manage, goodby food noise and my energy improved.The weight gain slowed, and I felt more in control.
